To cancel, change, or reschedule:
Read the instructions & policy, and complete the form.

Instructions
Policy:
Doors open 5-10min till and LOCK on the hour.
1 minute late reschedules.
There are no refunds after:
• No Call-No Show.
• Prior reschedule.
• Class has started.
Refunds: 100% tuition less any cancellation fee.
There is a $30 Reschedule or Cancellation fee if:
• Cancel within 48 hours of start time.
• Reschedule within 48 hours of start time.
• Reschedule after No Call-No Show or Late.
• Reschedule after a prior reschedule.
• Arrived without completion cert to blended class.
• Rescheduling fee is paid at time of reschedule.
• Employer is billed if employee doesn’t pay fee.
• Tuition is forwarded to next course for 60 days.
• After 60 days tuition is forfeited to CPR Central.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for being absent or late. Including but not limited to: Traffic, weather, navigation, childcare, illness, work schedule, sign-up errors, or any circumstance that may cause a reserved seat to remain empty during class.
Reschedule:
To reschedule into a new course with CPR Central and have your tuition transfer to the new course, tap “See Courses” and find your new course.
During enrollment the enrollment form will let you: Enroll, Reschedule, Cancel, & Ask Questions.
Cancel:
To cancel your course without rescheduling to a new course, tap “Cancel” and complete the form.
If you are cancelling due to price, we’d really like to keep you as a customer. Call Stacy, our office manager. She can usually adjust your tuition so you can take your course with us. (833) 277-2368
